摘要
在日光温室膜下滴灌条件下,采用二因素二次通用旋转组合设计,研究了水肥耦合技术对番茄果实中Vc和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:试验所选二因素(灌水定额、施肥定额)对番茄果实中Vc及可溶性蛋白质含量有显著影响;两因素对番茄果实中Vc和可溶性蛋白质影响作用次序为:施肥量(X2)>灌水量(X1);经过寻优分析,最优组合处理分别为:灌水量区间2 704.5m3/hm2~2 721.15m3/hm2,施肥区间270.45kg/hm2~277.2kg/hm2。
