摘要
目的:研究磁共振DWI(弥散成像序列)结合ADC(表观扩散系数)图在诊断急性期脑梗塞的价值。方法:选取2018年2月—2021年2月收治的92例急性期脑梗塞患者为研究对象,均进行磁共振DWI及ADC图诊断,评估患者检查结果、影像学表现及诊断准确率。结果:92例患者经磁共振诊断检查后,其对应结果如下:新发病灶57个,57个新发病灶部位表现如下:大脑各脑叶12个,脑干8个,基底节区10个,丘脑8个,半卵圆中心8个,小脑7个,其余位置4个。且92例患者经诊断检查后,其对应结果如下:患者诊断结果显示,超急性脑梗塞患者结果中T1W1及T2W2显示正常,FLAIR显示缺血区域内部有高信号波动,DWI图像显示信号升高波动。弥散系数ADC显示信号有逐渐升高趋势,各部分信号的传输控制有波动变化。同时92例患者经过检查与最终数字减影血管造影术(DSA)结果诊断对比后得出,准确性为95.65%,敏感度为96.74%,特异度为100.00%。总体来看,患者确诊诊断价值较高,各项诊断工作实施的效果比较明显,可满足患者的确诊需求。结论:急性期脑梗塞诊断中,实施磁共振DWI结合ADC图效果显著,可推广到临床。
Objective:To study the value of magnetic resonance DWI(diffusion imaging sequence)combined with ADC(apparent diffusion coefficient)map in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and all of them underwent magnetic resonance DWI and ADC diagnosis, and the examination results, imaging manifestations and diagnostic accuracy of the patients were evaluated. Results: The corresponding results of 92 patients were as follows: 57 new lesions, 57 new lesions were as follows: 12 in each lobe of the brain, 8 in the brain stem, 10 in the basal ganglia, 8 in the thalamus, 8 in the center of the semiovale, 7 in the cerebellum, and 4 in the rest. And the corresponding results of 92 patients after diagnostic examination are as follows: The diagnosis results of the patients showed that T1W1 and T2W2 in the results of hyperacute cerebral infarction patients showed normal, FLAIR showed high signal fluctuations in the ischemic area, and DWI images showed increased signal fluctuations. The dispersion coefficient ADC shows that the signal has a gradual upward trend, and the transmission control of each part of the signal fluctuates. At the same time, 92 patients were diagnosed and compared with the final digital subtraction angiography (DSA) results. The accuracy was 95.65% , the sensitivity was 96.74%, and the specificity was 100.00%. Overall, the diagnosis and diagnosis value of patients is relatively high, and the effect of various diagnosis work is relatively obvious, which can meet the diagnosis needs of patients. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, the application of magnetic resonance DWI combined with ADC map has a significant effect, which can be extended to clinical practice.
