基于续航型无人机的电池低温环境选型设计探讨 被引量:2

摘要 主要探究分析适应3500 m以上高海拔且低气温环境下提升续航型无人机滞空时间的电池选型方案。对磷酸铁锂动力电池(石墨烯电池)和镍钴锰动力电池(三元电池)进行实验室低温环境性能试验,并按照取得的试验结果设计高海拔低温环境下的电池上机部署方案,基于此实验基础对更换电池系统的四旋翼无人机进行试飞实验。结果显示,三元电池方案更适应高海拔低气温环境的无人机续航能力保障需求。 This paper studies a power scheme to improve the endurance of UAV in the environment of high altitude and low temperature above 3500 meters,especially the battery selection scheme.Through the laboratory low-temperature environmental performance test of lithium iron phosphate battery(graphene battery)and nickel cobalt manganese power battery(ternary battery),according to the laboratory low-temperature environmental performance test results,the battery on-board deployment scheme under high altitude and low-temperature environment is designed,and the flight test of quadrotor UAV with battery system replacement is carried out.It is found that the ternary battery scheme is more suitable.The requirement of UAV endurance capability in high altitude and low temperature environment.
