摘要
村落文化是中华民族文明的根脉。乡村文化振兴事关国家战略全局。在推进移风易俗的过程中,政府充分发挥了“先试点后推广”的治理经验,村落社会则依托村委会与村落精英制定了相应的村规民约,这使得民俗治理成为可能,民俗治理体系进一步完善,乡风文明建设未来可期。
Village culture is the root of the Chinese national civilization.The revitalization of rural culture is related to the overall national strategy.In the process of promoting the change of customs,the government gives full play to the governance experience of"pilot and then promotion",and the village society relies on the village committee and the village elite,which makes folk governance possible,the folk governance system is further improved,and the construction of village civilization is expected in the future.
