摘要
目的探究子宫内膜异位症相关性卵巢癌(EAOC)组织中Lin28、高迁移率蛋白家族A2(HMGA2)表达情况在病理特征表现和预后关系。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月于本院就诊的EAOC患者(82例),将其与同期单纯子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者(82例)进行对比分析。通过生存曲线分析Lin28、HMGA2蛋白表达对EAOC患者预后的影响。通过单因素分析以及多因素Cox回归分析影响EAOC患者预后的因素。结果两组肿瘤位置、组织学类型、分化程度、盆腔粘连、残余病灶、肿瘤复发患者比例的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者Lin28蛋白以及HMGA2蛋白表达水平的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肿瘤直径、病理分期、腹水以及淋巴结转移患者比例的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在研究组中,Lin28蛋白以及HMGA2蛋白的表达水平与患者的病理分期、分化程度以及肿瘤复发情况均呈正相关(P<0.05)。生存曲线分析表明,研究组患者Lin28阳性表达的5年生存概率(85.3%)显著高于阴性表达(69.5%),HMGA2阳性表达的5年生存概率(80.6%)显著高于阴性表达(66.4%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox多因素回归分析结果显示,病理分期、残余病灶、Lin28以及HMGA2均是影响EAOC患者预后的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论Lin28蛋白以及HMGA2蛋白的表达水平与EAOC患者的病理分期、分化程度以及肿瘤复发情况均呈正相关;病理分期、残余病灶、Lin28以及HMGA2均是影响EAOC患者预后的独立因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Lin28 and high mobility group A2(HMGA2)in the tissues of endometriosis associated ovarian cancer(EAOC)in the pathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods Selected EAOC patients(82 cases)who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020,and compared them with patients with simple endometriosis(EM)(82 cases)during the same period.The survival curve was used to analyze the influence of Lin28 and HMGA2 protein expression on the prognosis of EAOC patients.The factors affecting the prognosis of EAOC patients were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with tumor location,histological type,degree of differentiation,pelvic adhesions,residual lesions,and tumor recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05);The differences in Lin28 protein and HMGA2 protein expression levels between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the proportion of patients with tumor diameter,pathological stage,ascites,and lymph node metastasis between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the expression levels of Lin28 protein and HMGA2 protein were positively correlated with the patient’s pathological stage,degree of differentiation,and tumor recurrence(P<0.05).Survival curve analysis showed that the 5-year survival probability of Lin28 positive expression(90.3%)in the study group was significantly higher than that of negative expression(71.5%),and the 5-year survival probability of positive expression(85.6%)of HMGA2was significantly higher than that of negative expression(72.4%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that pathological stage,residual lesions,Lin28 and HMGA2 are independent factors affecting the prognosis of EAOC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Lin28 protein and HMGA2protein are positively c
