活性粉末混凝土置换外周截面加固框架柱应用分析

摘要 活性粉末混凝土(RPC)作为一种新型加固材料,因其优越的抗拉、抗压强度,良好的耐久性及较好的延性,具有广阔的应用前景。以长沙某商业综合体裙楼加固工程为背景,详细地介绍了RPC技术性能及置换外周截面加固框架柱的基本原理与适用条件,给出了置换框架柱外周截面加固设计思路和方法以及施工工艺和技术要点。该工程应用实践证明,采用RPC置换框架柱外周部分截面的加固方法具有受力明确、操作简便、置换外周截面小、仅需设置简单临时支撑或者不需要设置支撑等特点。 Reactive powder concrete(RPC)has high compressive strength,high tensile strength,good ductility and good durability.As a new reinforcement material,RPC has a broad application prospect.Based on the reinforcement project of a commercial complex podium building in Changsha,this paper introduced in detail the technical performance of RPC and the basic principle and application conditions of the reinforcement frame column with the replacement of the peripheral section,and gave the design idea and method of the reinforcement of the peripheral section of the replacement frame column,as well as the construction technology and technical points.The engineering practice shows that the reinforcement method using RPC to replace the peripheral section of the column has the characteristics of clear force,simple operation,small displacement section,only need to set up simple temporary support or no support.
