摘要
目的探究脑梗死患者48 h内采用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林+氯吡格雷的临床疗效分析。方法方便选择2018年6月—2021年7月在该院进行脑梗死治疗的患者80例,依据住院单双号进行随机分组,分为常规组40例和研究组40例。常规组采用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗,研究组在常规组基础上采用阿加曲班治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、NIHSS评分、BI指数以及出血事件发生情况。结果研究组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);研究组治疗后1、2周的NIHSS评分分别为(3.56±1.11)分、(3.11±0.79)分,均低于常规组的(4.21±1.29)分、(4.01±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.416、4.332,P<0.05);研究组治疗后1、2周的BI指数为(85.03±9.77)分、(90.12±9.25)分,均高于常规组的(79.25±8.85)分、(84.47±8.78)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.773、2.802,P<0.05);研究组出血事件发生率为5.00%,与常规组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床中对脑梗死患者在48 h内采用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林+氯吡格雷进行治疗,可改善患者神经缺损情况,提升患者治疗效果,值得在临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of argatroban combined with aspirin+clopidogrel within 48 hours in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients who received cerebral infarction treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to July 2021 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the routine group of 40 cases and the study group of 40 cases according to the hospital odds and even numbers.The routine group was treated with aspirin+clopidogrel,and the study group was treated with argatroban on the basis of the routine group.The treatment effect,NIHSS score,BI index and the occurrence of bleeding events were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of the study group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were(3.56±1.11)points and(3.11±0.79)points,respectively,the scores were lower than those of the routine group(4.21±1.29)points and(4.01±1.05)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.416,4.332,P<0.05).The BI indexes of the study group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were(85.03±9.77)points and(90.12±9.25)points,the scores were higher than those of the routine group(79.25±8.85)points and(84.47±8.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.773,2.802,P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding events in the study group was 5.00%,and there was no statistically significant difference compared with the routine group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,argatroban combined with aspirin+clopidogrel within 48 hours can improve the neurological deficit of patients and improve the therapeutic effect of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
