摘要
目的 观察中药补阳还五汤用于脑梗死治疗的临床疗效。方法 抽取2017—2020年来滑县中医院治疗的60例脑梗死患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加补阳还五汤,治疗20 d后,对比2组患者卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、自理能力评估量表(Barthel指数)评分、治疗总有效率及中医证候疗效。结果 治疗前NIHSS评分及Barthel指数评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后NIHSS评分组内比较均下降(P<0.05),组间比较观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);Barthel指数评分组内比较均提升(P<0.05),组间比较观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);结论 中药补阳还五汤用于脑梗死治疗,可以明显提高治疗效果,改善病情,增强自理能力,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Extracting 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Hua County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2020.They were divided into the control group(n= 30) and observation group(n= 30).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group added Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.After 20 days of treatment,the stroke scale(NIHSS) scores and self-care ability assessment scale,Barthel index score,treatment effective rate and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome,curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,NIHSS score and Barthel index score were not significantly different between the groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,the comparison of NIHSS scores within groups decreased(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P< 0.05),the Barthel index scores within the group were all improved(P< 0.05),and the comparison between the groups was higher in the observation group than the control group(P< 0.05).The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve illness,enhance self-care ability,and have clinical promotion significance.
