摘要
目的探讨牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的疗效。方法随机选择该院2019年1月—2021年9月收治的60例牙周炎患者为研究对象,按照计算机表法分组,各30例,对照组行牙周组织再生术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用口腔正畸治疗,比较两组临床效果、牙周指标水平、X线投影测量项目、血清水平,并观察两组并发症发生情况。结果两组治疗前X线投影测量结果、血清水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SNA角、SNB角低于对照组,ANB角高于对照组;研究组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(63.33%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组牙周指标水平低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率20.00%,与对照组(13.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸联合治疗牙周炎的效果显著,可提高临床效果,改善牙周状况,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment on periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with periodontitis admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.The patients were divided into groups according to the computer table method,30 cases in each group.The control group underwent periodontal tissue regeneration,and the study group received orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,periodontal index levels,X-ray projection measurement items,serum levels were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of complications in the two groups was observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in X-ray projection measurement and serum level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the SNA angle and SNB angle of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the ANB angle was higher than that of the control group;the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate(93.33%)of the study group was higher than that of the control group(63.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05);after treatment,the periodontal index level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 20.00%,compared with 13.33%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of periodontal tissue regeneration and orthodontics is effective in the treatment of periodontitis.It can improve the clinical effect and improve the periodontal condition.It has high safety and is worthy of application.
