摘要
目的分析牙周炎患者接受牙周组织再生术联合正畸治疗的价值。方法将2018年8月-2019年8月接诊且行牙周组织再生术治疗的55例牙周炎患者作为对照组,将2019年9月-2020年9月接诊且行牙周组织再生术+正畸治疗的55例牙周炎患者作为观察组,对比两组的炎症细胞因子、牙周指标、治疗效果、并发症情况。结果(1)治疗3个月后,观察组炎症细胞因子、牙周指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组3例无效(5.45%),对照组11例无效(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组并发症发生率(10.91%)与对照组(12.73%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术+正畸对改善牙周炎患者牙周指标有较好效果,且能降低龈沟液中炎性因子水平,疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective:To analyze the value of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis.Methods:Fifty-five patients with periodontitis who were admitted from August 2018 to August 2019 and underwent periodontal tissue regeneration were used as the control group,and received and underwent periodontal tissue regeneration.Fifty-five patients with periodontitis treated by periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontics from September 2019 to September 2020 were used as the observation group to analyze the infla mmatory cytokines,periodontal indicators,treatment effects,and complications between the groups.Results:(1)After 3 months of treatment,the infla mmatory cytokines and periodontal indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)3 cases of the observation group were invalid(5.45%),and 11 cases of the control group were invalid(20.00%)(P<0.05);(3)The incidence of complications in the observation group(10.91%)and the control group(12.73%)were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontics has a good effect on improving the periodontal indexes of patients with periodontitis,and can reduce the level of infla mmatory factors in the gingival crevicular fluid.The effect is significant,safe and reliable.
