摘要
目的:就推拿联合活血止痛方中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对生活质量的影响进行研究分析。方法:纳入广西钦州市中医医院2019年4月-2020年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者64例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组各32例,均接受常规治疗,研究组患者基于常规疗法开展推拿联合活血止痛方中药外敷治疗,就两组患者治疗3周后的疼痛改善情况、疗效、生活质量、核心肌适能等进行评定对比。结果:治疗3周后,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分量表(Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low back Pain Rating Scale,M-JOA)评分高于对照组,36项简明健康状况调查量表(36 Short Form Health Evaluation Scale,SF-36)评分高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,腰背部、腹部核心肌耐力测试时间均长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:推拿联合活血止痛方中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效确切,能够有效提升患者的生活质量。
Objective:To study and analyze clinical effects of massage plus external application of the Huoxue Zhitong prescription(活血止痛方)on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:64 cases from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,32 cases in each.All the included patients received conventional treatment.The study group took massage plus external application of the Huoxue Zhitong prescription based on conventional treatment.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the M-JOA score and SF-36 score in the study group were higher than the control group,and the total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group.The endurance test duration of the core muscles of the lower back and abdomen in the study group was longer than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage plus external application of the Huoxue Zhitong prescription is definitely effective on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
