摘要
合格评定是涉及产品、过程、体系、人员或机构有关的规定要求得到满足的证明,是国家质量技术的基础,从源头上确保了产品服务质量安全,指导消费,规范市场,保护环境和人民健康安全,促进对外贸易。该文对合格评定的概念和内容进行了描述,对合格评定技术、合格评定的认证、检验检测、认可活动进行了介绍,希望能对我国开展合格评定工作起到一定的借鉴。
Conformity Assessment is the proof that the specified requirements related to the product,processes,systems,personnel or institutions have been met.It is the basis of National Quality Infrastructure.It ensures the Quality and safety of products and services from the source,can guide the consumer market,standardize the market,protect the environment and people's health and safety,and promote foreign trade.This paper describes the concept and content of Conformity Assessment,and introduces the Conformity Assessment technology,Certification,Inspection and Accreditation activities of Conformity Assessment,and hope that can be reference for the development of Conformity Assessment in our country.
