摘要
目的:探讨《圣济总录·咳嗽门》治咳方剂的配伍用药规律。方法:收集整理《圣济总录·咳嗽门》中符合条件的方剂,对中药名称及药物分类进行规范,建立治咳方药数据库,运用统计学方法,分析治咳方剂的用药规律。结果:共搜集符合标准的治咳方剂200首,用药涉及186味,累计用药频数由高到低依次为甘草、苦杏仁、人参、紫菀、贝母、款冬花、桑白皮等;最常用药物种类为止咳平喘药,其次为补气药、清化热痰药、发散风寒药等;高频药物药性以辛温为主,多入肺经;通过因子分析共得到10组公因子,如干姜、细辛等。结论:《圣济总录》将咳嗽分门别类,认为风寒侵袭是其重要病因,用药平和,药偏辛温,少用凉遏,注重顾护脾胃,祛邪与扶正并举,重视调畅气机和补脾益肺。
Objective:To explore the law of compatibility of prescription in the treatment of cough chapter in Shengji Zonglu.Methods:Collect and sort out qualified prescriptions of cough chapter in Shengji Zonglu,and standardize the name and classification of traditional Chinese medicine.Through statistical method to establish the database of cough medicine and analyze the law of cough medicine.Results:200 prescriptions were collected,including 186 traditional Chinese medicines.The herbs like licorice,almond,ginseng,aster,fritillary bulb,butterbur flower,white mulberry bark,were commonly used.Most of these drugs have the properties of spicy and warm,and the drugs are often referred to pulmonary meridians.Through factor analysis,10 groups of common factors were obtained,such as dried ginger,as arum and so on.Conclusion:Coughs are classified into many types in Shengji Zonglu.Wind and cold pathogens is the main cause of cough,The medicine is gentle and warm,less cold,eliminate pathogenic factors and strengthen the body,and pay attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,regulating qi and invigorating the spleen and lung.
