爆燃压裂技术作业风险及在海上油田的安全控制 被引量:1

Construction risk and safety control for deflagration fracturing technology in offshore oilfield

摘要 海上油田平台空间受限,钻采设施、油气处理设备及流程同处一个空间,井控要求高,安全保障是实施作业的前提条件。安全高效应用爆燃压裂技术,可避免给油田和作业人员带来意外风险。总结了国内爆燃压裂技术的施工事故,分析了该技术涉及的火工品运输及施工、作业管柱、井筒和井口这4个方面风险,并提出控制思路。通过采用系列安全控制工具及火药、高精度压力及裂缝预测模型、井下到井口压力安全校核方法和新的井口安全控制方法4个方面的控制手段,爆燃压裂技术已在海上油田应用达11井次,成功率100%,克服了之前存在的安全问题,大幅拓展了技术的应用范围。采用系列安全控制手段,将有效控制爆燃压裂技术作业风险,提高措施成功率。 With drilling and production facilities, oil and gas processing equipment and processes placed in the same space, the platform space was limited in offshore oilfield.Well control was highly required here so that safety guarantee was the precondition of operation.In order to apply deflagration fracturing technology safely and efficiently, avoid huge losses to oilfield and personnel, the article summarized construction accidents of deflagration fracturing technology in China, and the four risks of initiating explosive transportation and construction, operation string, wellbore and wellhead were analyzed, a series of safety control methods were put forward.By using of series of safety control tools and gunpowder, high precision pressure and fracture prediction models, safety checking methods from downhole to wellhead pressure, and new wellhead safety control method, deflagration fracturing technology has been applied to 11 wells in offshore oilfield, in which the success rate reached 100%.Overcoming the security problems existed before, application scope of the technology has been greatly expanded.The results showed that the use of a series of safety control measures will effectively control the operation risk of deflagration fracturing technology and improve the success rate of measures.
