摘要
目的探讨中风患者气虚血瘀之症应用普通针灸联合补阳还五汤的效果。方法选取该院2020年5月—2021年5月收治的气虚血瘀之症中风患者62例。随机数字表法均分为对照组与研究组,对照组(n=31)应用常规西药治疗,研究组(n=31)采用普通针灸联合补阳还五汤协同治疗。对比两组临床治疗总有效率、神经功能损伤评分(NIHSS)、独立能力评分(Barthel)、康复测试评分(FMA)、生活与健康质量评分(SF-36)及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(70.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.631,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Barthel、NIHSS、FMA、SF-36评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.646、9.935、10.584、8.251,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.292,P<0.05)。结论临床应用普通针灸联合补阳还五汤协同治疗气虚血瘀之症的中风患者,能显著改善临床疗效,提高患者治理后日常生活质量,修复患者脑部受损神经,促进患者康复速度与效果。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment for stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 62 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis who were admitted to the hospital were selected from May 2020 to May 2021.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method.The patients in the control group(n=31)were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the study group(n=31)were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,neurological impairment score(NIHSS),independence ability score(Barthel),rehabilitation test score(FMA),life and health quality score(SF-36)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group(96.77%)was higher than that of control group(70.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.631,P<0.05).After treatment,Barthel,NIHSS,FMA and SF-36 scores in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.646,9.935,10.584,8.251,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.292,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the quality of daily life of patients after treatment,repair the brain damaged nerve,and promote the speed and effect of recovery.
