摘要
目的：探讨针灸联合补阳还五汤加减对气虚血瘀型糖尿病足的影响。方法：收集我院外科2015年6月—2017年6月收治的气虚血瘀型糖尿病足患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例,对照组予以西药治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上给予针灸联合补阳还五汤加减,两组患者均治疗8周。治疗结束后,比较两组患者临床疗效、创面局部积分、中医证候积分。结果：治疗后,两组患者的创面局部积分和中医症状积分均有所降低（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,创面局部积分和中医症状积分较低（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸联合补阳还五汤加减能够显著改善气虚血瘀型糖尿病足临床症状,提高临床疗效,改善患者创面情况,提高生活质量。
Objective：To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with Buyang HuanwuDecoction on diabetic foot of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods：Selected our hospital surgery department in June 2015—June 2017 treated 80 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic foot status,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with Western medicine. On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Two groups had to 8 weeks for a period of treatment. At the end of the treatment,Compare two groups of patients clinical effects,wound surface local integral and TCM symptom integrals. Results：After treatment,the wound surface local integral and TCM symptom integrals of the two groups decreased（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group,the total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was higher. After treatment,wound surface local integral and TCM symptom integrals were lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve diabetic foot of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,improve the patients＇ wound surface condition and improve the quality of life.
