摘要
目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)气虚血瘀证患者接受针灸与黄芪桂枝五物汤联合治疗的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月山东国欣颐养集团莱芜中心医院收治的DPN气虚血瘀证患者42例,通过电脑随机抽取法将其分为常例组、中医组,每组21例。常例组采用常规西医治疗办法;中医组加用针灸与黄芪桂枝五物汤联合治疗。对比两组患者血浆黏度、神经传导速度及优良率。结果中医组血浆黏度低于常例组;中医组神经传导速度均高于常例组;中医组优良率(95.24%)高于常例组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DPN气虚血瘀证患者接受针灸与黄芪桂枝五物汤联合治疗后,改善了血浆的黏度,更利于神经传导速度的恢复,疗效显著,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with Astragalus Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Forty-two patients with DPN qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected.They were divided into routine group an TCM group by computer random sampling method,21 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with conventional western medicine.The TCM group were treated with acupuncture and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The plasma viscosity,nerve conduction velocity and excellent and good rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The plasma viscosity of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group;the nerve conduction velocity of the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the routine group;the excellent and good rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group(95.24%)was higher than that in the routine group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction for DPN patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the viscosity of plasma is improved,which is more conducive to the recovery of nerve transmission speed,and the curative effect is significant,which is recommended to use.
