摘要
目的 分析探讨肺功能检测在婴幼儿慢性咳嗽诊治中的应用价值。方法 随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月收治的100例慢性咳嗽患儿为观察组、100例典型哮喘患儿为对照组,比较雾化治疗前后肺功能变化情况。结果 两组患儿雾化治疗前各项肺功能指标的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雾化治疗后,两组患儿潮气量(VT)、吸气时间(TI)、呼气时间(TE)、呼吸比(TI/TE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)升高,呼吸频率(RR)、潮气呼吸呼气峰流速(PTEF)下降;且治疗前后各项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿VT(8.23±1.44)mL/kg、TI(0.91±0.24)s、TI/TE(0.83±0.13)3项指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.168、2.613、5.652,P<0.05)。结论 通过肺功能检测可为诊断慢性咳嗽提供依据,并给予及时有效治疗。
Objective To analyze the application value of pulmonary function test in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in infants and young children.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,100 children with chronic cough were randomly selected as the observation group,and 100 children with typical asthma were selected as the control group.The changes of lung function before and after nebulization treatment were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the detection results of various pulmonary function indexes between the two groups before atomization treatment(P>0.05).After atomization treatment,tidal volume(VT),inspiratory time(TI),expiratory time(TE),respiratory ratio(TI/TE),time to peak ratio(TPTEF/TE),peak ratio volume(VPEF/VE) increased,respiratory rate(RR),tidal respiratory peak expiratory flow(PTEF) decreased;and the comparison of various indicators before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VT(8.23±1.44)mL/kg,TI(0.91±0.24)s and TI/TE(0.83±0.13) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.168,2.613,5.652,P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary function test can provide the basis for the diagnosis of chronic cough,and provide timely and effective treatment.
