摘要 归纳了企业现有解决拖拉机旋耕作业动力输出装置(Power take off,PTO)载荷过大的措施和方法,针对现有解决措施和方法存在的问题和不足,引入TRIZ理论的物场分析技术对PTO、旋耕机、土壤状况进行分析,基于协同设计形成了4种不同方向的综合优化方案。从危害预防、危害隔离、危害消除和工作模式改变等方面,在根本上解决了故障成因,对生产成本影响较小,优化设计更加彻底。 The existing measures and methods to solve the problem of excessive load of PTO in tractor rotary tillage operation were summarized.Aiming at the problems and shortcomings of the existing measures and methods,the material field analysis technology of TRIZ theory was introduced to analyze the PTO,rotary tiller and soil conditions.Based on collaborative design,four comprehensive optimization schemes in different directions were formed.From the aspects of hazard prevention,hazard quarantine,hazard elimination and working mode change,the occurrence of fault causes is fundamentally solved,the influence on production costs is small,and the optimization design is more thorough.
