铅锌选冶过程中砷的走向分析与危害预防对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某集团公司所属多家企业的统计数据为依据,对砷在铅锌矿选矿、铅冶炼、锌冶炼、贵金属综合回收、废气废水处理过程中的行为、走向及分布进行统计分析。结果表明,砷经过铅锌矿选矿工艺,60%随铅锌精矿进入铅、锌冶炼流程;经过优势互补的铅、锌冶炼工艺,58%随铅阳极泥进入贵金属综合回收流程;最后在贵金属综合回收流程中反复循环或外销处置。基于上述统计结果,建议通过源头分离、过程防控、末端治理的方式解决砷在生产过程中的不断富集及无限循环。 Based on the statistical data of many enterprises belonging to a group company,a statistical analysis was conducted on the behavior,trend and distribution of arsenic in the process of lead and zinc mining ore dressing,lead smelting,zinc smelting,precious metal comprehensive recovery,waste gas and wastewater treatment.The results show that 60% of arsenic enters the lead and zinc smelting process with lead and zinc concentrate,58% passes with lead anode into the comprehensive recovery process,and finally repeated circulation or export in the comprehensive recovery process.Based on the above statistical results,it is suggested to solve the continuous enrichment and infinite cycle of arsenic in the production process through source separation,process prevention and control,and end treatment.
