摘要
目的探索乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断中超声技术应用优势与价值。方法选取2018年1月—2021年10月该院收治的80例超声检查并经病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者为研究对象,采用回顾性方法进行研究,均接受钼靶检查、超声检查及病理检查,以病理检查作为研究金标准,分析检查结果。结果超声检查结果显示病灶部位的检出率为97.50%与钼靶检查结果检出率86.25%比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.782,P<0.05);超声检查结果与病理检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);钼靶检查的敏感度为86.25%,准确性为86.25%,漏诊率为13.75%;超声检查的敏感度为97.50%,准确性为97.50%,漏诊率为2.50%,超声检查的敏感度、准确性及漏诊率均优于钼靶检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中超声检查对诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断效果优于钼靶检查,具有诊断优势。
Objective To explore the advantages and value of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.Methods A total of 80 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast confirmed by ultrasound examination and pathologically confirmed in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The study was carried out retrospectively,and all of them received mammography,ultrasonography and pathological examinations.The pathological examination was used as the gold standard,and the examination results were analyzed.Results Ultrasound examination showed that the detection rate of lesions was 97.50%compared with 86.25%of mammography results,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.782,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the results of ultrasonography and pathological examinations(P>0.05).The sensitivity of mammography was 86.25%,the accuracy was 86.25%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 13.75%.The sensitivity,accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of ultrasonography were 97.50%and 97.50%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 2.50%.The sensitivity,accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the ultrasound examination were better than the molybdenum target examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography is more effective than mammography in diagnosing invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast in clinical practice,and has diagnostic advantages.
