超声引导下单腔中心静脉导管置入术式在肾囊肿硬化治疗中的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨DSA联合超声引导下单腔中心静脉导管置入术式在肾囊肿硬化治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年8月该院收治的72例肾囊肿硬化患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同,分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。其中,对照组在超声引导下行单腔中心静脉导管置入术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合数字减影血管造影(DSA)治疗,比较两组治疗有效率及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.600,P<0.05)。结论超声引导下联合DSA行单腔中心静脉导管置入术治疗肾囊肿硬化,可以提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生情况,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the application value of DSA combined with ultrasound-guided single-lumen central venous catheter placement in renal cyst sclerotherapy.Methods A total of 72 patients with renal cyst sclerosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with ultrasound-guided single-lumen central venous catheter placement,and the observation group was treated with digital subtraction angiography(DSA)based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.600,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided single-lumen central venous catheter placement combined with DSA in the treatment of renal cyst sclerosis can improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
