摘要
目的探讨超声引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗的临床效果。方法选取超声引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,分析其临床治疗效果。结果 90例患者中治愈88例,治愈率为97.78%;90例患者均有明显的好转,治疗有效率为100%,且在治疗中和治疗后发生不良反应的患者较少。结论超声引导下行肾囊肿硬化治疗,能为手术提供良好的视野,治愈率和治疗有效率均有显著提高,且安全系数较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided renal cyst sclerotherapy. Methods Ninety patients with renal cystic sclerotherapy under ultrasound guidance were selected as the research object s, and to analyze the clinical therapeutic effect. Results Among the 90 patients 88 cases were cured, the cure rate was 97.78% ; all patients were significantly improved, the treatment efficiency was 100% ; and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions of patients during the treatment and after treat- ment was small. Conclusion Ultrasound guided descending renal cyst sclerotherapy can provide a good visual field for surgery, and improve the cure rate and the effective rate of treatment. It＇ s worthy of clini- cal application.
