超高倍显微分析在妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物检测中的诊断意义 被引量:1

Diagnostic Significance of Ultra-high Magnification Microscopic Analysis in the Detection of Pathogenic Microorganisms in Gynecological Urogenital Tract

摘要 目的探讨妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物检测中超高倍显微分析的诊断意义。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2021年2月该院妇科患者200例,均接受微生物培养法、超高倍显微分析检测法、病理学检测法检测,分析妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物感染情况,统计分析微生物培养法、超高倍显微分析检测法检测结果及诊断价值。结果200例妇科患者中,病理学检测法检出病原体176例,泌尿生殖道病原微生物感染率为88.00%,主要为支原体,占总数的25.00%;其次为念珠菌、霉菌、加德纳杆菌,分别占总数的18.50%、17.50%、16.00%;最后为滴虫,占总数的11.50%。超高倍显微分析检测法和微生物培养法的病原体检出率分别为84.00%(168/200)、82.50%(165/200),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.161,P>0.05),其中支原体、念珠菌、霉菌、加德纳杆菌、滴虫检出率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超高倍显微分析检测法检测的灵敏性为90.91%(160/176),特异性为66.67%(16/24),准确性为88.00%(176/200),阳性预测值为95.24%(160/168),阴性预测值为50.00%(16/32);微生物培养法检测的灵敏性为88.64%(156/176),特异性为62.50%(15/24),准确性为85.00%(171/200),阳性预测值为94.55%(156/165),阴性预测值为42.86%(15/35)。,两者之间的灵敏性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科泌尿生殖道病原微生物检测中,超高倍显微分析检测法的诊断价值类似于微生物培养法,但更为方便、快捷、经济。 Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of ultrahigh magnification microscopic analysis in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in gynecological urogenital tract.Methods 200 patients in gynecology department of the hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected.All were tested by microbial culture method,ultra-high magnification microscopic analysis detection method,and pathological detection method.The infection of pathogenic microorganisms in gynecological urogenital tract was analyzed,and the detection results and diagnostic value of microbial culture method and ultra-high magnification microscopic analysis and detection method were analyzed statistically.Results Among 200 gynecological patients,176 cases were detected by pathological detection method,and the infection rate of urogenital tract pathogenic microorganisms was 88.00%,mainly mycoplasma,accounting for 25.00%of the total;followed by candida,mold,gardnerella,accounting for 18.50%,17.50%,16.00%of the total;the last was trichomonas,accounting for 11.50%of the total.There was no statistically significant difference between the detection rate of pathogens between the ultra-high magnification microscopic analysis detection method and the microbial culture method of 84.00%(168/200)and 82.50%(165/200)(χ^(2)=0.161,P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences among the detection rates of mycoplasma,candida,mold,gardnerella and trichomonas(P>0.05).The sensitivity of ultra-high magnification microanalysis detection method was 90.91%(160/176),the specificity was 66.67%(16/24),the accuracy was 88.00%(176/200),and the positive predictive value was 95.24%(160/168),the negative predictive value was 50.00%(16/32),the sensitivity of microbial culture method was 88.64%(156/176),the specificity was 62.50%(15/24),the accuracy was 85.00%(171/200),and the positive predictive value was 94.55%(156/165),the negative predictive value was 42.86%(15/35),there were no statistically significant differences between the sensi
