摘要
目的了解汉中地区2010-2013年间泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况,季节流行情况,并分析泌尿生殖道支原体对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法首先采集汉中市人民医院门诊及住院患者泌尿生殖道分泌物标本1613例(2010~2013),利用郑州安图生物的支原体培养鉴定计数药敏试剂盒(MycoplasmaIES)进行支原体培养鉴定及药物敏感性实验,然后将数据汇总分析汉中地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。结果汉中地区泌尿生殖道支原体阳性检出率为52.6%,其中解脲脲原体(UU)占40.4%,人型支原体(MH)占0.4%。UU和MM混合检出率为11.8%。泌尿生殖道支原体感染全年均有流行,第4季度检出率明显低于其他3个季度(P〈0.001)。药物敏感实验显示,uU对强力霉素、美满霉素、克拉霉素敏感率高,耐受克林霉素和甲砜霉素;MH对强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素敏感率高,耐受红霉素和罗红霉素;uu和MH混合感染仅对强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素敏有较高敏感率。结论汉中地区属于泌尿生殖道支原体感染高发区,全年均有流行,治疗时应首选强力霉素、美满霉素或交沙霉素。
Objective To understand the infection and seasonal prevalent condition of genitourinary tract mycoplasma from 2010 to 2013 in HanZhong region, then to analyze their sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics. Methods Firstly, 1613 genitourinary tract secretion specimens were collected from outpatients and inpatients of Hanzhong peoplers hospital (2010-2013), then the specimens were cultured and antibiotic sensitivity tests were performed for positive specimens using Zhengzhou Antu mycoplasma diagnostic kits (Mycoplasma hominis, MH). Finally, data were collected and analyzed for infection condition and antibiotic resistance of genitourinary tract mycoplasma. Results The positive detection rate of Hanzhong genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection is 52.6 ~ ,Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH) take up 40.4~ and 0.4% respectively,UU and MH mixed infection take up 11.8~/00. Genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection is prevalent throughout the year, but the forth quarterts positive detection rate is remarkably lower then the other three quarters (P^0.00l). According to antibiotic sensitivity tests: UU is sensitive to doxycycline, minocycline and clarithromycin, resistant to clindamycin and thiampenicol; MH is sensitive to doxycycline,minoeycline and josamyein,resistant to erythrornycin and roxithromycin; and UU and MH mixed infection only sensitive to doxyeycline,minocycline and josamycin. Conclusion Genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection is high prevalent in Hanzhong region throughout the year,doxycycline,minocycline or josamyein will be the preferred antibiotics for therapy.
