摘要
目的探究在脑梗死急性期治疗中,联合使用通脉消梗汤加丁苯酞氯化钠注射液的临床效果。方法使用区组随机化法选取该院2019年10月—2021年10月收治的84例脑梗死急性期患者,并以随机信封法分为对照组与研究组,各42例。对照组患者使用丁苯酞氯化钠注射治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合使用通脉消梗汤,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组患者TNF-α为(9.62±1.37)ng/L,hs-CRP为(3.45±0.64)mg/mL,IL-6为(15.14±0.78)ng/L,治疗有效率为97.62%,NIHSS评分为(6.24±5.51)分,Barthel指数为(94.63±6.12)分,SOD为(114.85±2.50)U/L,GSH-PX为(43.65±1.04)mmol/L,MDS为(5.24±1.49)ng/L,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.140、16.635、17.914,χ^(2)=4.480,t=3.100、5.893、16.814、15.015、14.356,P<0.05)。结论联合使用通脉消梗汤与丁苯酞氯化钠注射液能够有效改善脑梗死急性期患者炎性反应,提升患者肢体运动功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongmai Xiaogeng decoction combined with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected using the block randomization method.They were divided into control group and study group by random envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection,and the patients in the study group were treated with Tongmai Xiaogeng Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The TNF-αin the study group was(9.62±1.37)ng/L,the hs-CRP was(3.45±0.64)mg/mL,and the IL-6 was(15.14±0.78)ng/L,the effective rate of treatment was 97.62%,the NIHSS score was(6.24±5.51)points,Barthel index was(94.63±6.12)points,SOD was(114.85±2.50)U/L,GSH-PX was(43.65±1.04)mmol/L,and MDS was(5.24±1.49)ng/L,were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.140,16.635,17.914,χ^(2)=4.480,t=3.100,5.893,16.814,15.015,14.356,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Tongmai Xiaogeng decoction and butylphthalide sodium chloride Injection can effectively improve the inflammatory response in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the limb motor function of patients.
