西安西藏大厦空调系统精细化设计及节能运行

摘要 介绍了该项目空调系统精细化设计的主要特点。通过全年动态负荷和技术经济比较,确定冷热源设备选型,确保运行节能,稳定可靠。利用餐厅包间新风和排风系统,通过调节新风温度,消除内区包间余热,解决采用两管制的不足问题。通过气流模拟和房间使用特点和要求,分别确定多功能厅和餐厅包间的风口形式和位置,确保使用舒适。经过3年的数据统计,该项目非供暖能耗指标和供暖能耗指标均满足约束值,2019和2020年非供暖能耗指标均基本达到引导值。 The key points of fine design and operation of the air conditioning system of the project are presented.Through annual dynamic load and technical and economic comparison,the type of cold and heat source equipment is determined to ensure that the system is energy-saving,stable and reliable.The outdoor air and exhaust air system in the restaurant private room is used to eliminate the waste heat in inner zone,and adjust the outdoor air temperature to solve the shortcomings of two pipes system.With airflow simulation and considering room characteristics and requirements,the air outlet form and position of multi-functional hall and dining room respectively are determined to ensure comfortable use.After three years of data statistics,the project’s non-heating energy consumption indicators and heating energy consumption indicators both meet the constraint values,and the non-heating energy consumption indicators in 2019 and 2020 reach the guide value.
