Hydrogen Production Technology Through Photovoltaic Power Generation

摘要 该文对目前国内企业通常使用的常规水电解制氢、氨分解制氢、天然气制氢、甲醇裂解制氢,以及极具应用前景的光伏发电制氢五种制氢工艺进行了简要介绍,同时结合实际案例对这五种工艺做出技术经济比较,并根据企业实际使用情况以及国内能耗双控现状、碳中和目标,提出光伏发电制氢正好可以实现“绿电”制氢,同时能大幅降低水电解制氢企业运行费用,是今后主要制氢趋势之一,并且必将得到大力推广和应用。 This paper briefly describes five hydrogen production processes commonly used by domestic enterprises including conventional water electrolysis process,ammonia decomposition process,natural gas process,methanol cracking process,and photovoltaic power generation process with great application prospects.At the same time,combined with practical cases,this paper makes a technical and economic comparison of these five processes.According to the actual use of enterprises,the current situation of dual control of domestic energy consumption and the goal of carbon neutralization,it is proposed that the process of photovoltaic power generation can just realize hydrogen production by“green electricity”,and greatly reduce the operation cost of hydrogen production enterprises by water electrolysis.Therefore,this process will become one of the main hydrogen production trends in the future,and be sure to be widely promoted and applied.
