摘要
人参为多年生草本植物,具有多种生物活性,常被用于治疗疾病或日常保健中。胃癌是全球性发病率和致死率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,临床中多使用手术、化疗及放疗等方法对其进行治疗,但是治疗的同时均对身体造成较大损害。人参皂苷具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,其中很多已被证实对胃癌细胞具有良好的抑制作用。对1960—2020年间所发表的研究性论文以“人参皂苷”和“胃癌”等为关键词,于知网、万方和PubMed等数据库进行文献检索,将人参皂苷抑制胃癌细胞的作用及相关机制进行总结和分析,希望能对未来关于人参皂苷与胃癌的相关基础或临床研究提供参考。
Ginseng,a perennial herb,has a variety of biological activities and has been used in the treatment of many diseases as well as in daily health care.Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and fatality rate over the world.Surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and other methods are used to treat it in clinical,but these treatments are also causing great damage to the body.Ginsenosides have good anti-tumor activity,many of which have been proved to have good inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cells.In this review,research papers published between 1960 and 2020 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed and other databases using"ginsenoside"and"gastric cancer"as key words.The inhibitory effect of ginsenoside on gastric cancer cells and its related mechanism were summarized and analyzed.It is hoped to provide a reference for future research or clinical drug use on ginsenosides and gastric cancer.
