摘要 通过醇水双提法对丹芪糖脂清颗粒原料药进行提取。以丹参酮Ⅱ_(A)及丹酚酸B、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、葛根素、黄芩苷含量为指标,采用正交试验设计考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间对醇提有效成分的影响;以总黄酮、总皂苷、总多糖含量及干膏率为指标,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选水提工艺。结果乙醇回流提取最佳条件加15倍量80%乙醇,提取2.5 h时;水回流提取最佳条件为:加20倍量水,浸泡1.5 h,提取1.5 h。 In The raw material of Danqi Tangzhiqing granules was extracted by double extraction of alcohol and water.Using tanshinoneⅱA,salvianolic acid B,the contents of isoflavone glucoside,puerarin and baicalin in calen as indexes,the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the alcohol-extracted active components were investigated by orthogonal experimental design.Taking the contents of total flavonoids,total saponins,total polysaccharides and dry paste rate as indexes,soaking time,water addition and extraction time as factors,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the water extraction process.Results The optimum conditions of ethanol reflux extraction were added 15 times 80%ethanol for 2.5 h.The optimal conditions of water reflux extraction were as follows:added 20 times of water,soaked for 1.5 h,and extracted for 1.5 h.
