桑叶复合固体饮料的制备及质量标准研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:制备一种以桑叶、葛根、苦瓜籽、莲子心、绞股蓝和灵芝为原料的复合固体饮料,并建立质量标准。方法:以得膏率和葛根素转移率为指标,采用正交试验优化提取工艺,提取液浓缩成清膏,经喷雾干燥法制备桑叶复合固体饮料。采用薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法建立质量标准。结果:桑叶复合固体饮料的制备工艺为:药材加10倍水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.05~1.10(70℃),加入麦芽糊精20%、果糖5%、柠檬酸0.5%,经喷雾干燥(进风温度160℃、出风温度80℃、空气流量600 L/h、进样速率2.67 mL/min、气动频率6 Hz)得到桑叶复合固体饮料。成品TLC色谱图中,莲子心主斑点分离效果良好,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同的橙红色斑点,阴性无干扰;成品中葛根素的含量为6.66 mg/g。结论:桑叶复合固体饮料的制备工艺稳定、可靠,建立的TLC定性和HPLC定量方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可为桑叶复合固体饮料的质量控制提供依据。
