摘要中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的精神命脉,是中华民族的“根”与“魂”。着眼于延续中华文脉与法学教育改革的双重诉求,必须深刻把握实现中华优秀传统文化“两创”的本质要求、全面贯彻习近平法治思想的实践要求、赓续新时代法学教育文化基因的必然要求等中华优秀传统文化融入法学教育的内在逻辑。着力从明确习近平法治思想指导地位,坚持德法兼修的法治人才培养方针;汲取中华优秀传统文化的精髓要义,坚持理论与实践相结合的教学理念;突破传统文科的思维定式,秉承新文科的课程体系建设思路;挖掘中华优秀传统文化的当代价值,实现传统与现代的理性衔接;借助数字化学习资源,建构虚拟现实一体化的教学场景等方面实现中华优秀传统文化与法学教育的深度融合,以此适应新时代法学教育铸魂育人的现实需求与中华优秀传统文化“两创”的实践要求。 The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the spiritual lifeline of the Chinese nation,as well as the“root”and“soul”of the Chinese nation.Focusing on the dual demands of continuing the Chinese context and law education reform,we must deeply grasp the inherent logic of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into law education,including the essential requirements of realizing the“two creations”of excellent traditional Chinese culture,the practical requirements of implementing Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law and the necessity of continuing the cultural genes of law education in the new era.We should realize the deep integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture and law education through the following aspects:making clear the guiding role of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,adhering to the principle of cultivating legal talents with both morality and law;absorbing the essence of excellent traditional Chinese culture;insisting on the teaching concept of combining theory and practice;breaking through the thinking mode of the traditional liberal arts,upholding with both morality and law;excavating the contemporary value of excellent traditional Chinese culture and realizing the rational connection between tradition and modernity;constructing a teaching scene integrating virtual reality with the help of digital and intelligent learning resources.By doing this,we can meet the practical needs of law education in the new era and the practical requirements of“two creations”of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
