灰色关联度分析在“人民满意”的高职教育人才培养质量评价中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 十九大报告提出“办好人民满意的教育”,坚持以人民为中心,推进教育公平,努力让每个孩子享有公平而有质量的教育。什么样的高职教育人才培养质量是人民满意的?如何衡量高职教育人才培养质量是人民满意的?基于此,以“人民满意”为核心,从高职教育相关利益者视角观察,构建学生满意、家长满意、行业企业满意、学校满意、政府满意以及社会满意6个一级指标、26个二级指标和对应的三级指标内容的评价指标体系,并运用专家排序法确定指标权重。运用灰色关联度分析法构建“人民满意”的湖南省高职教育人才培养质量评价模型,选取长沙市8所高职院校对其人才培养质量进行实证评价,并对评价结果进行简要分析。 It is sure that the report of the 19th National Congress put forward the rationale to create a people's satisfactory education,which takes the people as the center,promote education fairness and strive to ensure a fair and quality education.The key to measure the quality of personnel cultivation in higher vocational education is to make people's satisfaction.Then,the paper tries to takes people satisfaction as the core from the perspective of higher vocational education stakeholders.The evaluation index system has 6 primary indicators,26 secondary indicators,and three-level indicators content of social satisfaction.There is no doubt that the index weight was determined by means of expert investigation results.The quality evaluation model of talent cultivation in higher vocational education in Hunan province is constructed by using grey relational degree analysis method.Also,eight vocational colleges in Changsha are selected to conduct positive evaluation of talent quality.Finally,the evaluation results are briefly analyzed.
