摘要
针对金属铼粉单管还原炉的现状,设计了模块化、主控协调的升级方案。采用西门子全集成自动化(TIA)控制系统做为主控系统。各模块化的工作单元,分别采用了Profinet、工业以太网、Modbus、Profibus等多种通讯方式。设计了智能协调温度控制器,实现了加热温度的稳定和精确控制。
According to the current situation of single tube reduction furnace for metal rhenium powder,an upgrading scheme of modularization and master control coordination is designed.Siemens fully integrated automation (TIA) control system is adopted as the main control system.For different modular work unit,PROFINET,industrial Ethernet,MODBUS,PROFIBUS or other communication modes are used.An intelligent coordinated temperature controller is designed to realize the stable and accurate control of heating temperature.
