摘要
目的:通过保和丸治疗小儿鼻鼽治疗的疗效观察,验证健脾消导对小儿鼻鼽的治疗作用,为临床小儿鼻鼽的病因、病机及治法理论加以补充,提高中医治疗小儿鼻鼽的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年5月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊60例5~14岁小儿鼻鼽患者,符合小儿脾虚食滞证中医辨证分型。将60例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻,每天早晚各1次,同时口服地氯雷他定糖浆5~11岁,每晚5mL,11~14岁,每晚10mL,停药后随诊1月;观察组在对照组的基础上加用保和丸加减,疗程2周,停药后随诊1月。比较治疗两周、停药后随诊1月鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)以及鼻部伴随症状评分(TNNSS)。结果:治疗后2周,停药随诊1月后,观察组评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健脾消导治疗小儿鼻鼽脾虚食滞证疗效显著,通过全身调节能明显降低了小儿鼻鼽复发率,能够有效改善患儿的生活质量。
Objective:Through the observation of the curative effect of Baohe Pill in the treatment of infantile rhinitis,to verify the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Xiaodao on infantile rhinitis,to supplement the clinical theory of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of infantile rhinitis,and to improve the treatment of infantile rhinorrhea by traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy of tau.Methods:From December 2020 to May 2021,60 pediatric patients with rhinorrhea between 5 and 14 years old were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given fluticasone propionate nasal spray,once a day in the morning and evening,and at the same time,desloratadine syrup was taken orally,5 mL per night,11~14 years old,10mL per night,followed up for 1 month after drug withdrawal;observation group was given Baohe Pills on the basis of control group,the course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the follow-up was followed for 1 month after drug withdrawal.The total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and the nasal accompanying symptom score(TNNSS)were compared after two weeks of treatment and one month of follow-up after drug withdrawal.Results:2 weeks after treatment and 1 month after drug withdrawal,the scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiaodao has significant curative effect in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency and food stagnation syndrome in children,and systemic regulation can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of children with rhizoma,and can effectively improve the quality of life of children.
