摘要
目的调查多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者采取二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的效果。方法62例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者,运用随机数字表法分为试验组及参照组,每组31例。试验组给予二甲双胍加炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,参照组予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果、12个月内成功排卵率与成功受孕率、满意度。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.77%高于参照组的77.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组12个月内成功排卵率93.55%高于参照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组12个月内成功受孕率67.74%高于参照组的1.94%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度93.55%高于参照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者供给二甲双胍加炔雌醇环丙孕酮用药治疗后,其给药效果相对较佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility.Methods A total of 62 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility were divided into experimental group and reference group by random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with metformin and ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate,and the control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate.The therapeutic effect,successful ovulation rate within 12 months,successful conception rate,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.77%in the experimental group was higher than 77.42%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The successful ovulation rate within 12 months was 93.55%in the experimental group,which was statistically significant compared with 74.19%in the reference group(P<0.05).The success conception rate within 12 months was 67.74%in the experimental group,which was statistically significant compared with 1.94%in the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate has relatively good effect on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility.
