摘要
关元穴在脐中直下3寸,前正中线上,为任脉上的重要穴位,交于足三阴经,是小肠之募穴,强壮保健要穴,在妇科疾病、脾胃疾病、肝胆疾病、肾系疾病及诸多虚寒类疾病中都有广泛的运用。《针灸大成》中对其定位、施治方法及主治作用有详细记载,通过对书中相关文献整理,以期能为临床医生运用关元穴提供思路及理论依据。
Guanyuan Acupoint is located 3 inches below the umbilical cord and on the front median line.It is an important acupoint on Ren veins,crossing the Foot Sanyin meridian.It is the key acupoint for small intestine and strong health care,and has been widely used in gynecological diseases,spleen and stomach diseases,hepatobiliary diseases,kidney diseases and many diseases of deficiency and cold.Its location,treatment methods and indications are recorded in detail in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.Through sorting out relevant literature in the book,it is expected to provide ideas and theoretical basis for clinicians to apply Guanyuan Acupoint.
