摘要
目的:观察俞募穴速刺针法对孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder, ASD)儿童睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年4月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿童诊疗康复中心治疗的2~5岁ASD患儿72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规训练,观察组在常规训练的基础上加用俞募穴速刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评定量表(childhood autism rating scale, CARS)、孤独症疗效评估量表(autism treatment evaluation checklist, ATEC)及儿童睡眠习惯问卷儿童睡眠习惯问卷(children′s sleep habits questio-nnaire, CSHQ)评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后CARS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ATEC评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CSHQ各项评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为77.78%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:俞募穴速刺能够改善ASD儿童睡眠障碍,减轻核心症状。
Objective:To observe the influence of quick needling at transport-alann points on sleep disorders in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 72 children with ASD aged 25 treated at The Children's Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from October 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received quick needling at transport-alarm points on the basis of routine training.The changes of scores of childhood autism rating scale(CARS),autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC),children's sleep habits questionnaire(CSHQ)of the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacywere compared.Results:After treatment,the CARS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The ATEC score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The CSHQ scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,while that of the control group was 77.78%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quick needling at transport-alarm points can improve sleep disorders and alleviate core symptoms in children with ASD.
