摘要
目的:探讨“情感账户”护理模式对母婴同室新生儿护理质量及母乳喂养的影响。方法:选取2021年1-4月于南京医科大学附属妇产医院分娩的产妇128例,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组64例。对照组实施常规临床护理措施,干预组在对照组的基础上施加“情感账户”护理模式。比较两组在干预前后产妇的心理状态;对比两组纯母乳喂养成功率,存款、取款行为得分,护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:干预后,干预组“存款”评分(30.27±2.34)分,较对照组的(24.04±2.87)分高,“取款”评分(13.84±2.38)分,较对照组的(20.46±2.33)分低(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且干预组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组纯母乳喂养率(96.88%)较对照组(84.38%)高,干预组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理质量评分比较,干预组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:将“情感账户”护理模式应用于母婴同室产妇及新生儿护理中,可以改善产妇的心理状态、提高纯母乳喂养成功率及护理质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of“emotional account”nursing model on the nursing quality and breastfeeding of infants,mothers and newborns in the same room.Method:A total of 128 parturients who gave birth in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to April 2021 were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine clinical nursing measures,and the intervention group applied“emotional account”nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The psychological states of parturients in the two groups before and after intervention were compared,and the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding,savings withdrawal behavior scores,nursing quality score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the“deposit”score in the intervention group was(30.27±2.34)points,which was higher than(24.04±2.87)points in the control group,and the“withdrawal”score was(13.84±2.38)points,which was lower than(20.46±2.33)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the intervention group(96.88%)was higher than 84.38%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of“emotional account”nursing model in the nursing of mothers and infants in the same room can improve the psychological state of parturients,improve the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding and nursing quality.
