摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在乳腺肿瘤术后护理中的应用效果,验证此项护理方法的有效性、安全性。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,即观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组和对照组都采取相同的乳腺肿瘤手术,但是二者术后所采取的护理模式有所不同,对照组采用一般常规化护理模式,观察组则使用个性化护理。在经过一段时间干预后,比较两组的焦虑程度[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、抑郁程度[抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、术后并发症的发生情况,并了解其日常生活质量情况。结果护理干预2周后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量明显好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用精细化、针对性的个性化护理模式干预乳腺肿瘤患者的效果确切,有助于缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁的程度,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application of personalized nursing in postoperative nursing of breast cancer,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing method.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast tumors treated in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of people,including 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.Both the observation group and the control group adopted the same breast tumor surgery,but their postoperative nursing modes were different.The control group adopted the general routine nursing mode,while the observation group used personalized nursing,and there was no difference in the rest.After a period of intervention,the anxiety level[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],the degree of depression[Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],the occurrence of postoperative complications,and their daily life were compared between the two groups.quality situation.Results After 2 weeks of nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined and targeted individualized nursing mode to intervene in breast tumor patients has exact effect,which can help alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
