不同浓度混合钠盐处理对3个地被菊品种生理特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Concentrations of Sodium Mixture on Physiological Characteristics of Three Ground-Cover Chrysanthemum Cultivars

摘要 以3个地被菊品种(‘黄菊1号’‘红小’‘1709’)为试验材料,设置0(CK)、100、200、300 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)和NaHCO_(3)混合溶液的胁迫处理,测定地被菊幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量等指标,并用隶属函数法对3个地被菊品种的幼苗耐盐碱性进行综合评价。结果表明,混合钠盐处理能够提高3个地被菊品种的SOD、POD、CAT活性,但品种间存在差异。随着混合钠盐浓度的增加,3个品种的POD活性升高,SOD和CAT活性不同品种变化不同:‘黄菊1号’的SOD活性先降后升而CAT活性呈降低趋势;‘红小’的SOD活性先升后降而CAT活性呈上升趋势,200 mmol/L时SOD活性最高;‘1709’的SOD和CAT活性则基本以100 mmol/L时最高。与对照相比,混合钠盐处理提高了MDA、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,且在100~300 mmol/L混合钠盐处理10 d范围内,时间越长、浓度越高,三者的提高幅度越大。经隶属函数法综合评价,在本试验盐碱胁迫条件下,‘1709’的隶属函数综合评价值明显高于‘黄菊1号’和‘红小’,其耐盐碱能力依次高于‘红小’和‘黄菊1号’。本研究结果可为地被菊在盐碱地的开发利用提供依据。 Three varieties of ground-cover chrysanthemum(Huangju 1,Hongxiao and 1709)were used as experimental materials,and the stress of 100,200 and 300 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3) and NaHCO_(3) mixed solution were set to study their effects on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein and soluble sugar.The saline-alkali tolerance of the three varieties of ground-cover chrysanthemum seedlings was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that mixed sodium treatments could increase SOD,POD and CAT activities of the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars,but there were differences among cultivars.With the increase of mixed sodium solution concentration,the POD activity of the three cultivars increased;the SOD activity of Huangju 1 decreased first and then increased,while its CAT activity showed a decreasing trend;the SOD activity of Hongxiao increased first and then decreased,which was the highest at 200 mmol/L,but its CAT activity showed an increasing trend;the SOD and CAT activity of 1709 were basically the highest at 100 mmol/L.Compared with the control,the mixed sodium treatments increased the content of MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar,and the longer the treat time was and the higher the concentration was,the larger their increase ranges were at 100~300 mmol/L in 10 days.The comprehensive evaluation value of 1709 was obviously higher than that of Huangju 1 and Hongxiao,so its saline-alkali tolerance was higher than Hongxiao and Huangju in turn under the test conditions.
