采用响应面分析法对AS脱硫工艺优化

摘要 利用Aspen Plus建立了AS脱硫塔模型,采用Box-Behnken对AS脱硫塔吸收效果进行仿真试验,分析了煤气出口H_(2)S含量与工艺参数之间的关系,并对工艺参数进行优化。优化后煤气出口H_(2)S含量达到了目标要求,表明模型准确,优化方案合理。 The model of AS desulfurization process is established with Aspen Plus.Simulation is done by adopting Box-Behnken method to test the absorption effect of the AS desulfurization column.The correlation between H_(2)S content at gas outlet and process parameter is analyzed.The process parameters are also optimized.After the optimization,the H_(2)S concentration at the gas outlet can meet the requirement of production,which demonstrates that the model is accurate and the optimization is viable.
