摘要
本文以猴面包树果实为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化了超声辅助提取猴面包树多糖工艺。结果表明,超声辅助提取猴面包树果实多糖的最优工艺为料液比1∶25(mg·mL^(-1))、提取时间51 min、提取温度67℃,此条件下猴面包树果实多糖提取率为37.08%,与预测值相近,说明模型拟合良好,该优化工艺准确可行。本研究结果为进一步开展猴面包树果实多糖的功效及应用研究提供参考。
Based on the single factor experiment,response surface methodology was employed to optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Adansonia digitata L.fruit in this paper.The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic assisted extraction process of Adansonia digitata fruit polysaccharide was as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(mg·mL^(-1)),extraction time was 51 min,and extraction temperature was 67℃.Under these conditions,the experimental yield of Adansonia digitata L.fruit polysaccharide was 37.08%,which was well matched with the value predicted by the developed model.The results of this study provided a reference for further research on the efficacy and application of Adansonia digitata L.fruit polysaccharides.
