摘要
以7000 m^(3)自航泥驳为目标船,在保证船舶原有动力配置、船体结构等不发生较大改动,拟将泥驳船改造成耙吸挖泥船。通过对比水下泵和舱内泵2种技术方案,主要从新增动力设备配置、疏浚设备选型、泥舱布局、船体阻力、耙头阻力和船舶浮态等关键技术进行数值模拟计算、分析和论证,证明了将自航泥驳改造成耙吸挖泥船技术上是可行的,且有一定的经济性,为今后类似船舶的改造提供一定的技术参考。
Taking 7000 m^(3) self-propelled split dump barge as the target ship,on the basis of ensuring that the original power configuration of the ship and the hull structure do not change significantly,it is proposed to transformed into TSHD.By comparing the two technical schemes of underwater pump and inboard dredge pump,the numerical simulation calculation,analysis and demonstration were mainly carried out from the key technologies such as new power equipment configuration,dredging equipment selection,mud cabin layout,hull resistance,draghead resistance and ship floating state,which prove that it is feasible to transform self-propelled split dump barge into TSHD,and has a certain economy.It can provide some technical reference for the future transformation of similar ships.
