摘要
为充分利用退役的大型工程船舶,增加海上桩基工程的市场竞争力,需将原"铺排1号"、"铺排2号"改造成"打桩19号"和"打桩20号"。文章对其中打桩系统的改造作了介绍,结果表明:改造的打桩船性能和质量达到了设计要求,改造周期显著缩短,改造成本降低,且具备柴油打桩锤和液压打桩锤的互换性。
To make full use of the demobilized large special working vessels and to increase the market competitiveness for offshore piling works, it is necessary to renovate Mattress Laying Ship No. 1 and Mattress Laying Ship No.2 into Floating Pile Driver No.19 and Floating Pile Driver No.20. The paper gives a description of the renovation of the pile driving system and the resuits showed that the performance and quality of the renovated floating pile drivers met the design requirements, the renovation period was shortened, the cost of renovation was cut down and the diesel and hydraulic pile hammers were interchangeable.
