摘要
农村宅基地“三权分置”背景下资格权退出的战略价值日益凸显。本文基于山东省五莲县38个村庄的190份问卷数据,依托农户决策理论,运用统计分析、二元Logistic回归模型方法对农户宅基地资格权退出意愿及影响因素进行分析。结果显示:受访农户整体的退出意愿不强;农户的退出意愿受多种因素的综合影响,与农户受教育程度等4个因素呈显著正相关,与村庄所处地形条件等3个因素呈显著负相关;农户对宅基地制度改革认知不足,对宅基地权利归属认知存在偏差。
Under the background of"separation of three rights"policy about rural residential land,the strategic value of the withdrawal of qualification right is becoming increasingly prominent.This study applies statistical analysis and binary logistic regression model on the basis of 190 questionnaires collected from 38 villages in Wulian County,Shandong Province,and farmers'decision-making theory.It analyzes farmers'willingness to withdraw from rural residential land qualification and its influencing factors.The results show that the overall willingness of farmers to withdraw is not high,which is aff ected by a variety of factors.It fi nds that the withdrawal willingness is positively correlated with four factors,such as the education level of farmers,and negatively correlated with three factors,such as terrain conditions of villages.It also finds that farmers have insufficient cognition of the rural residential land system reform and wrong cognition of the ownership of rural residential land rights.
