摘要
教育质量的提高是教育发展的关键,也是社会、学校对教育的现实需求。衡量教育质量高低的指标很多,其中教师教学能力和学生学业成就是最为核心的指标,且二者具有正向影响的关系。为探索教师教学能力对学生学业成就增值的影响因素,研究以东西部两省2 827名五年级学生两次学业成就的增值数据为评价标准,运用多水平线性模型计算教师教学能力对学生学业成就增值的“净效应值”。研究发现:学生的学业成绩增值与教师的性别、教龄、职称、所处学校层级和班级人数这些变量相关。而影响机制是学科性别的作用、文化资本类型和数量的差异、社会结构中资源和规则的互构。这些因素不仅影响着教师的教学能力,也作用于学生的学业成就增值。
The improvement of education quality is the key to the development of education,and is also the realistic demand of society and schools for education.There are many indicators to measure the quality of education,among which teachers′ teaching ability and students′ academic achievement are the most important,and they have a positive influence on each other.In order to explore the influencing factors of teachers′ teaching ability on students′ value-added academic achievement,this study used the data of 2 827 fifth graders′ two value-added academic achievements as the evaluation standard,and the multi-level linear model to calculate the "net effect value" of teachers′ teaching ability on students′ value-added academic achievement.The study found that the increment of students′ academic performance was related to the variables of teachers′ gender,teaching age,professional title,school level and class size.The influence mechanism is the function of subject gender,differences in the types and quantities of cultural capital,mutual construction of resources and rules in social structure.These factors affect not only teachers′ teaching ability,but also students′ academic achievement.
