摘要
目的探究基于PACS系统的多模式影像CBL教学模式应用于眼科带教中的效果。方法在2018年1月—2020年12月期间到德阳市人民医院眼科进行实习的临床医师中抽取98名纳入研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各49名。所有实习医师均“一对一”开展临床带教工作,其中对照组实行常规带教,试验组应用基于PACS系统的多模式影像CBL教学,对比2组实习医师的带教优良率、相关考核评分、对带教模式的满意度、差错事故发生率。结果试验组带教优良率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的79.59%,相关考核(理论考核成绩、操作技能成绩)得分更高,对带教模式的满意度更高,医患纠纷、书写错误、器械使用不当等差错事故的发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PACS系统的多模式影像CBL教学模式在眼科临床带教中的应用效果明显好于传统带教方式,能够提高临床医师的实践水平、降低差错事故发生率,且受到广大实习医师的欢迎,可作为主流教学方式。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect and value of multi-mode imaging CBL teaching mode based on PACS system in ophthalmology teaching.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,98 clinicians who went to the ophthalmology department of our hospital for internship were selected and included in the study.All interns were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,each with 49 cases,All interns carried out clinical teaching work“one-to-one”,among which the control group interns practiced routine teaching,and the experimental group applied multi-mode imaging CBL teaching based on the PACS system to compare the excellent and good rates of the two groups of interns.Relevant assessment scores,satisfaction with the teaching model,and the incidence of error accidents.Results The excellent rate of ophthalmology interns in the experimental group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than the 79.59% of interns in the control group.The scores in related assessments(theoretical assessment scores,operational skills scores)were higher,and the satisfaction with the teaching model was significantly higher.In the control group,the incidence of medical disputes,writing errors,improper use of equipment and other errors was significantly lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-mode imaging CBL teaching model based on the PACS system is significantly better than the traditional teaching method in ophthalmology.It can improve the practice level of clinicians,reduce the incidence of errors and accidents,and the teaching mode Welcomed by the vast number of interns,it is worth replacing the traditional method as the mainstream method of ophthalmology clinical teaching and teaching.
