摘要
目的分析在眼科临床带教中开展PDCA系统教学法的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月期间山东省临沂市兰山区方城中心卫生院眼科接收的实习医学生28名作为研究对象,将所有实习医学生以随机数表法分成两组,包括观察组与对照组,每组各有实习医学生14名,给予对照组实习医学生临床常规带教管理模式,给予观察组实习医学生PDCA系统带教管理模式,将两种不同带教管理模式取得的效果进行对比。结果观察组实习医学生的学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医学生的临床综合能力各指标考核结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医学生的眼科理论知识掌握度和临床实践操作能力考核评分结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医学生对带教方案管理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科临床带教管理中添加PDCA系统,可有效提升临床带教管理质量,增强实习医学生的学习积极性,提高实习医学生的实习效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA system teaching method in ophthalmology clinical teaching.Methods 28 internship medical students received by the Department of Ophthalmology of Lanshan District Fangcheng Central Health Hospital,Linyi,Shandong Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the interns were divided into two groups by randomized numerical table method,and the groups included observation group and control group,with 14 interns in each group.The control group was given the clinical routine teaching management mode,and the observation group was given the PDCA system teaching management mode,and the effects of the two different teaching management modes were compared.Results The learning motivation of medical students in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical comprehensive ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of ophthalmology theoretical knowledge mastery and clinical practice ability assessment scores of intern medical students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical students in the observation group with the management of the teaching program was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding the PDCA system to the management of clinical teaching in ophthalmology can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching management,enhance the learning motivation of intern medical students,and improve the effect of intern medical students'internship.
