摘要 为研究钢渣粗骨料替代率对混凝土耐久性能的影响,通过室内配比试验,针对不同钢渣粗骨料替代率的混凝土分别进行抗氯离子渗透性、干燥收缩性及抗侵蚀性对比分析。研究结果表明:钢渣的掺入可有效提升混凝土的抗氯离子性能;掺入过量的钢渣会导致混凝土的收缩率增大,不利于混凝土的干燥收缩性能;随着钢渣替代率和干湿循环次数的增大,混凝土的抗蚀系数均会降低,且干湿循环次数越大,减小幅度越明显;掺入50%替代率的钢渣粗骨料能有效改善混凝土耐久性能。 To study the effect of steel slag coarse aggregate substitution rate on the durability of concrete,through the indoor ratio test,comparative analysis of chloride permeability,dry shrinkage and corrosion resistance.The results show that:the incorporation of steel slag can effectively improve the chloride resistance performance of concrete.Excessive incorporation of steel slag leads to increased shrinkage of concrete,it is not conducive to the dry shrinkage performance of concrete.Increases with the steel slag substitution rate and the number of dry and wet cycles,the corrosion resistance coefficient of the concrete will be reduced,and the greater the number of dry and wet cycles,the more pronounced the reduction is.Adding steel slag coarse aggregate with 50%substitution rate can effectively improve concrete durability.
